New details are coming to light about Giorgos Mazonakis’s final moments at the clinic on Karneadou Street, with employee testimonies adding new details to the authorities’ investigation into the circumstances under which the singer suffered a cardiac arrest.

The focus has now shifted to the possibility that an intoxicating or sedative substance was administered during the blood-letting procedure. The 56-year-old doctor, who is currently in custody, categorically denies that any such substance was administered.
