Two important General Meetings were held today (September 23) for AEK. First, the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was held, during which the annual reports and financial statements for the fiscal years 2024 and 2025 were reviewed.
This was followed by the Regular General Meeting of the Club’s Members, chaired by Andros Karapatakis. During the meeting, the Board of Directors reported on its activities for the period, provided a financial update, and the financial statements for the year 2025 were approved.

In addition, the budget for the 2026/27 season was approved, and it was decided to renew the Board of Directors’ term for another two years. At the company’s Annual General Meeting, the Board members were re-elected on a pro bono basis, and the company’s auditors were reappointed, with their fees set.
The announcement regarding the Company’s Annual General Meeting:
“The Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of AEK HOLDINGS PUBLIC LIMITED (the “Company”).
The Annual General Meeting reviewed the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, as well as the financial year ended December 31, 2025.
Subsequently, the Directors, who will not receive compensation, were re-elected, the Company’s auditors were reappointed, and their compensation was determined.”
The announcement regarding the Association’s General Meeting:
“The Regular General Assembly of our Association’s members was held today (September 23) at the Larnaca Municipality’s Social Welfare and Employment Center.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Andros Karapatakis, opened the meeting.
The Board of Directors presented its report on the activities of the period and provided a financial update, after which the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, were approved.
This was followed by the approval of the budget for the 2026–27 season; the Board of Directors’ term was renewed for a period of two years, and various other matters were then discussed.”
