Kings Kangwa is getting closer and closer to joining AEK, with reports from Israel indicating that the club has come very close to meeting Hapoel Be’er Sheva’s financial demands. Following the sale of Orbelin Pineda, AEK has stepped up its efforts to sign a midfielder, and the 27-year-old is at the top of their list.
Journalist Tomer Livi notes that the two sides have significantly narrowed the gap, with the Israelis valuing the transfer at 3.5–4 million euros. In fact, he does not rule out the possibility of a final agreement being reached even today.
AEK has already submitted a three-year contract offer to Kangwa, with an annual salary of 750,000 euros plus bonuses, clearly indicating that it wants to sign the player—who is intended to play a key role in midfield—immediately.
