Nigel Hayes-Davies launched an attack against an unnamed individual.
The Panathinaikos star, who is injured and unable to participate in the team’s games starting today against Paris, vented his frustration in a social media post, posting a text titled… “Act 1 – A Villain’s Playlist: Another season, another opinion. Or 10. Say what you will, just don’t forget what you said…”
The following text follows…
“A lot has happened over the last 365-plus days. Lamentations were written about the childhood dreams and goals that had been set long before I made a name for myself. The journey, as expected, comes with the highest peaks and the lowest points that make you feel afraid and ashamed. This latest fall, unfortunately, was the final nail in the coffin and a definitive farewell to a life that no longer exists. And yet, despite all the mud that’s been slung, thankfully there’s still plenty more fun that life has left in this boat. People seem to think that I care about their comments and opinions, and honestly, I couldn’t even begin to describe how little I care.
At least not in the sense that you think they influence me. They don’t influence me, but I always take notes. Remember what happened the last time you and your moms had something to say.
As the saying goes, let’s see when the rabbit will have the gun—if the tables will turn. Don’t take this as a guarantee, a promise, or a statement about what’s to come, because the future remains to be written. Every good story has a character essential to giving it meaning and purpose—whether as a hero or, in my case, as a villain.”
