Anorthosis is very close to reaching an agreement with its new coach.

Negotiations with both Zeljko Kopic and Karel Gerets have entered the final stretch, but all signs point to Kopic having the edge over Gerets.

In fact, reports indicate that the Croatian former Paphos coach is ready to sign a contract with “Kyriá.”

The 48-year-old managed the Paphos team in 36 matches during the 2018–2019 season, and it appears that after seven years, he will return to our island, this time to coach the Famagusta team.

His most recent stop was Dinamo Bucharest, where he spent about three years and coached the team in 113 matches.
