The Israeli coach brought along his close associate, Borja Lema, to Cyprus; Lema will assist him with the team, which—it should be noted—still includes Vasilis Valliános (assistant), Christodoulos Paglas and Dimitris Michael (fitness coaches), and Antonis Giorgallides (goalkeeper coach).
