Jobe Bellingham has proven that, in addition to his soccer skills, he also possesses an impressive knowledge of the history of European soccer.
The 20-year-old Dortmund midfielder was asked to put his memory to the test in a unique challenge: to name the clubs that won the Champions League and the European Cup each year, going all the way back to the first tournament in the 1955–56 season.
And what followed was impressive. Jomb Bellingham began listing the European champions almost one by one and managed to go back decades, recalling the teams that lifted the most prestigious trophy in European club soccer.
The video quickly became a hot topic on social media, with many fans impressed by the English international’s football memory. After all, even for a die-hard fan of the sport, remembering all the winners of a tournament with a history spanning more than 70 years is no easy feat.
