APOEL’s new stadium is on track to receive a permit, as the company “YELLOW AND BLUE SPORTS MANAGEMENT LTD” has submitted an application to the Urban Planning Authority for approval of the project.
As announced, the architectural plans have been finalized, the traffic and environmental studies have been completed, and the necessary consultations with the relevant agencies have been concluded.

The next step involves securing the building permit, with the relevant studies and required documents already at an advanced stage.
In detail: “The company ‘YELLOW AND BLUE SPORTS MANAGEMENT LTD,’ which is responsible for the licensing, construction, and management of the APOEL Sports Center/ APOEL Stadium, is pleased to announce the following:
1. The architectural plans have been finalized, and both the traffic and environmental studies have been completed,
2. All required consultations with the relevant authorities have been completed, and
3. Yesterday, October 15, 2026, the application for a building permit for the Project was submitted to the Urban Planning Authority.
The studies and documents required to secure the building permit are at an advanced stage, in collaboration with the architectural firms Chaix & Morel and J+A Philippou Architects, as well as the other appointed consultants and designers.”
