APOEL, in a press release, invites its members to the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Pavilion in Nicosia. The highlight of the agenda is the Board of Directors’ proposal regarding the management agreement for the soccer division, and the financial results for the recently concluded period will also be presented.

“All members of the ATHLETIC FOOTBALL CLUB OF GREEKS OF NICOSIA (APOEL) are invited to the Annual Ordinary General Assembly, which will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Pavilion in Nicosia.

Pursuant to Articles 18, 19, and 67 of the Bylaws, all members must have fulfilled all their obligations and paid any overdue dues by the date of the Meeting. Members who have not settled their dues will not be entitled to attend or participate in the meeting.

AGENDA FOR THE ANNUAL REGULAR GENERAL MEETING

1. Approval of the Minutes of the last General Assembly.

2. Report by the Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors on the activities of the past period.

3. Presentation of the financial statements for the period just ended and the auditors’ report.

4. Submission of comments on the Chairman’s report and the financial statements, and discussion thereof.

5. Proposal by the Board of Directors regarding the management agreement for the soccer division.”
