The Union’s extraordinary general meeting was held yesterday (June 23), during which the plan put forward by the American investors interested in taking over the soccer division was presented.

The members heard the proposal, and on Thursday (June 25), they will be asked to decide at a new extraordinary general meeting whether to accept the proposal to take over management of the soccer division.

However, word from within the team’s circles is that there is a positive atmosphere for turning a new page in the club’s administration.

The announcement: “The Board of Directors of the E.N.P. Association is convening an extraordinary General Assembly of its members on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the event hall of the Municipality of Paralimni–Deryneia.

The purpose of the meeting is to vote on the proposed plan to take over management of the soccer division.

Only members who have paid their 2026 membership fee, which amounts to 50 euros, will be eligible to participate in the discussion and any subsequent vote.

If a quorum of members is not present by 7:00 p.m., the meeting will be postponed for half an hour, at which point the members present will constitute a quorum.”
