Arsenal is set to announce the signing of Bruno Guimarães later today. The 28-year-old Brazilian midfielder has passed his medical and has already signed his contract with the English champions, who will pay Newcastle approximately 85 million euros.
Meanwhile, a report by Athletic states that the “Gunners” are interested in Cristian Romero. The 28-year-old defender is up for sale by Tottenham, though the club is unlikely to want to sell him to its hated local rival. Inter Milan had also expressed interest in the Argentine center back, but that deal does not appear to be moving forward.
