Contrary to all the rumors of recent months, Aston Martin has “secured” its drivers for the new racing season!
On Tuesday afternoon (September 29), the British team officially announced the renewal of its partnership with Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll through the end of 2027.

Despite reports suggesting that both drivers were seriously considering leaving after the finale of the current season, as the Aston Martin car is the worst on the grid, it appears they have decided to extend their partnership with the team and remain in Formula 1 for the new season!
Aston Martin Aramco confirms that Lance and Fernando will continue as the team’s drivers in 2027.
