Rafinha and Frenkie de Jong are back in Hansi Flick’s squad for tomorrow’s away match against Betis in Seville (7:30 p.m.) in LaLiga.
Both have recovered from their injuries and will be part of the squad departing this afternoon for Andalusia, where Barcelona will aim to make it 9 out of 9 in the league.
“If you ask Rafinha, he’ll tell you he’s ready, but in my opinion, we need to take it step by step. He trained with the team yesterday and did well, but we have a lot of games coming up in the next few days and weeks, so we’ll have to adjust. “The good news is that he’s available,” said the German coach about the Brazilian forward, while regarding the Dutch midfielder, he added, “… he’s ready to play for a few minutes.”
