Rodri and João Cancelo are expected in Barcelona today to finalize their transfers to Barcelona.
The 32-year-old Portuguese fullback is expected to arrive at noon and will sign as a free agent, even though Al Hilal was asking for 10 million euros at the start of the summer for the sale of his rights following his loan.

The 30-year-old Spanish midfielder is set to arrive in Catalonia this afternoon. “Barça” has already agreed with Manchester City on a fee of 60 million euros, with bonuses that could increase the total cost by an additional 10 million euros.
Cancelo and Rodri will be Barcelona’s fourth and fifth signings this season, following Karim Adeyemi from Dortmund, Anthony Gordon from Newcastle, and Jesse Bissouma from the Club Brugge academy.
