In a video posted by the EuroLeague shortly before the start of the new season, the coach of the “Red-and-Whites” spoke about the magical run that led to the title win a few months ago, as well as the time his team needs—following the very important additions it made—to find the chemistry it had last year!

“Winning trophies is the best feeling you can have. Being part of such a challenging competition as the EuroLeague made us feel very happy and grateful for the opportunity we had in our lives. We need to do a little rebuilding with our team and renew our motivation. Some very important players have joined us. We have a talented team, but we need a little time to come together and build the same chemistry we had in the locker room and on the court.
Vezhenkov and Montero are such talented players; they not only know how to score but also how to pass and play together. They respect each other. I can see on the court that they enjoy playing together because they recognize the value and talent we have. It’s an amazing feeling for any coach.”
