Pat Beverley expressed the belief that the arrival of Giannis Antetokounmpo automatically makes the Heat NBA championship contenders.
“When you put any superstar into a system and culture like Miami’s, I think you have to count them among the title contenders,” said the former PAOK star and former teammate of the 31-year-old superstar on the Bucks.

“If the Heat managed to do it time and time again with Jimmy Butler, Coach Spo has seen it all. But we’re not talking about a superstar who needs special attention here. I like how he and Bam look. I like the start with him and Bam, and I trust Coach Spo and Pat Riley… "I think everyone says they're one of the best teams in the East," he added.
