With today’s schedule, the training camp in Poland has effectively entered its second week, which includes two friendly matches on Wednesday and Sunday.
In the morning, the players worked out in the gym, divided into two groups.
In the afternoon, the training session—which lasted just over an hour—took place on the field. After warm-up exercises and stretching, the session continued with passing drills, ball movement exercises, and rondos. This was followed by small-sided games and a half-field game.
The final part of the training session was devoted to set pieces.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, the schedule includes two training sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, while on Wednesday, the team is scheduled to play its second friendly match on Polish soil against Hapoel Ra’anana.
