Omonia has set its sights on Luke Brewers, with the 28-year-old Herneveen midfielder on the “Greens’” list to strengthen their midfield.
In fact, according to the relevant report, Omonia has already submitted an official offer to acquire the player, which was, however, rejected by the Dutch club. This was confirmed by Heerenveen’s technical director, Johan Hansma, who made it clear that the initial offer was insufficient.

Despite the rejection, the matter remains open and talks are continuing. Brawers is not a regular starter for Robin Feldman and is open to the possibility of continuing his career abroad.
Omonia’s participation in the Europa League group stage is an added incentive for the Dutch midfielder, with the “Greens” considering their next steps to make the deal a reality.
Luuk Brouwers has attracted interest from Omonia Nicosia, as @OmropFryslan previously reported. Wolfsburg had also shown interest earlier. The SC Heerenveen midfielder wants to take the next step, but must wait for the talks to unfold. An offer from Stade Brest for Jakob Trenskow is said to have been rejected.
