The biggest signing in PAOK’s history is now official. The “black-and-white” basketball club announced the signing of Jedi Osman, finalizing a deal that has already caused a sensation throughout Europe.
The international forward signed a three-year contract with total earnings reaching 9 million euros, while PAOK paid an additional 2 million euros to Panathinaikos to buy out his contract. This is one of the biggest financial transfers ever made in European basketball outside the EuroLeague and undoubtedly the most significant in the club’s history.
With the acquisition of Osman, PAOK adds to its roster a player with extensive experience in the NBA, the EuroLeague, and the Turkish national team. His presence significantly raises the level of the roster and further bolsters the ambitions of Andrea Trinchieri’s team for the upcoming season in Greece and the EuroCup.
