Álvaro Arbeloa has taken over as manager of Fulham. It’s now official: the Spanish coach has taken over as head coach of the “Cottagers,” who announced that the two sides have agreed to a partnership through 2029.

“It’s an honor for me to be at this level with Fulham, London’s oldest club. I feel the responsibility and I thank the board,” said the former Real Madrid coach.

He thus succeeds Marco Silva, who took over at Benfica following José Mourinho’s move to Real Madrid.

Welcome to Fulham, Álvaro Arbeloa.
