Following Jay Gorter’s injury, Paphos acted… with lightning speed and announced the signing of Radislav Majewski.
Here is the full announcement from the “Blues”: “Paphos FC is delighted to announce the signing of Polish goalkeeper Radosław Majecki on loan from AS Monaco for the 2026/27 season.
The 26-year-old goalkeeper joins PAFOS FC with a track record of impressive performances at the highest level. A product of the Legia Warszawa youth academy, he made the big leap with his transfer to AS Monaco, where he played in Ligue 1 and the UEFA Champions League. At the same time, his stints at Cercle Brugge and Stade Brestois contributed to his further development as a player, enriching his experience in high-level competitions.
Having represented the Polish national team at the senior level and served as a key player for all of his country’s youth national teams, Majecki brings quality, experience, and reliability to our goal.
His addition significantly strengthens our roster ahead of the demanding challenges of the new season in Cyprus and Europe.
Paphos FC also extends its warmest thanks to AS Monaco for the excellent cooperation that led to the completion of this deal.
The entire Pafos FC family welcomes Radosław and wishes him every success.”
