The Spanish national team is reportedly determined to keep Luis de la Fuente in his position as head coach for many more years!
According to reports from Spain, the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) is in advanced talks with the 65-year-old coach, with both sides looking to extend their contract through the summer of 2030!

The current contract between the two parties runs through the summer of 2028; however, both the “Furia Roja” and the experienced coach intend to continue working together for many more years.
Since January 2023, when he took the reins of the national team, Luis de la Fuente has emerged as Spain’s leading “architect” of Spain, leading the country to the top of Europe and the world following back-to-back victories at the Euro and the World Cup!
