A few hours after the victory over Volos, at the press conference, the team’s coach, Christos Kontis revealed that OFI is close to signing a forward, a fact also indicated by the progress of negotiations with the 33-year-old player.
As reported by the website gentikoule.gr, Kontro is expected in Crete shortly to undergo the necessary medical exams and sign his contract.
Kontro is a Ferencváros player, but last season he played on loan for Real Zaragoza, scoring 8 goals in 34 matches.
