Dimitris Giannakopoulos hosted the Euro Insiders for an interview that will air soon, and he made no secret of his optimism about the Panathinaikos team currently being built. In fact, he also mentioned his favorite player, Nikola Jokić, who seems to remain his unfulfilled dream.

“Explaining to my friends at Euro Insiders that, yes, I believe we’ve built something very strong,” he wrote, adding about the Nuggets star: “I don’t see how Jokić will fit in next year!”

Panathinaikos has gotten off to a strong start in its… reboot, with the return of Željko Obradović to the bench after 13 years, and has already signed Moustapha Fall, Branko Badić, Isaac Bonga, and Gerson Jabousele.
