He officially addressed the complaint filed by AEL, which is calling for an investigation into all evidence regarding external interference in the process of reviewing Kafou’s red card via VAR.
As he noted, specific investigators have been assigned to examine the complaint, and a special office at headquarters has been tasked with the matter.

Regarding the complaints filed by AEL: “We have received the complaint. At this stage, specific investigators have been assigned, and the complaint is under review to determine how we will proceed. We are currently investigating and taking statements. The complaint was submitted in writing. I am not familiar with its contents, but it relates to issues covered by the Law on Combating and Manipulating Sporting Events. A special unit at Police Headquarters has been assigned to the matter.”
On whether they will cooperate with the ethics committee: “This is a matter currently under review regarding how the investigations will be conducted—whether they will take place simultaneously and whether they will involve cooperation between the two sides. The complaint is still under review. It may be handled collaboratively, with each party focusing on its own area. The matter will be clarified in the coming days, and we will proceed with the investigation.”
What happens after the investigation: “In most cases, some form of review by the legal department is necessary to determine the offenses and proceed with criminal prosecution.”
