Meridianbet leads the B2C segment of Meridian Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: MRDN)
Meridian Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: MRDN) (the “Company”) announced today that its subsidiary, Meridianbet, has been named an Official Sponsor of UFC Fight Night Serbia, the mixed martial arts (MMA) event organized by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), which will take place on August 1, 2026, at the Belgrade Arena in Belgrade, Serbia.

The event will be the first in UFC history to be hosted in Serbia, with Meridianbet serving as the exclusive sports betting sponsor.
The sponsorship includes:
- Display of the Meridianbet brand inside the Octagon during the fights.
- Placement of the logo on all official promotional materials for the event, including the official poster and round cards.
- Advertising within the Belgrade Arena.
- Digital and advertising campaigns on the UFC’s official channels, including the website, videos, and social media.
The event will be broadcast live in the United States via Paramount+ and distributed internationally through the UFC’s television partners, reaching a global audience.
