The resumption of the English Premier League promises a major derby between Liverpool and Manchester City, which will take place at Anfield, as part of Matchday 6 of the Premier League.
At the customary press conference ahead of the big match, the manager of the “Reds,” Anthony Iraola, addressed, among other things, the City case and the allegations of 114 violations.
He emphasized that the biggest problem with the case is the uncertainty, as no one knows what the final outcome will be.
Here is what Anthony Iraola said in detail:
“I think the worst thing is the uncertainty. No one knows what’s going to happen. We need to focus on Liverpool and on being the best team we can be. That’s my challenge.
We don’t know the situation. Therefore, I don’t think it’s fair for me to express my opinion on issues to which I haven’t devoted the time that the committee has, analyzing everything. The committee members have examined the case at length, and they are the ones who must provide the answers.
My opinion is not valid, because I have not devoted the same amount of time to it, nor have I studied the case to the same extent as they have.”
