With the possibility of expulsion from the Premier League still very much on the table, Manchester City has been informed of the ruling by an independent committee regarding the case involving 115 financial violations.
An independent panel has informed the club of its ruling finding the club guilty on every charge brought against it, and the club, in turn, is prepared to appeal.

It is clear, of course, that the case will have several twists and turns before it is resolved.
“There are still several important procedures to be carried out,” a City spokesperson told The Athletic following the news, with the publication noting that no decision has yet been made regarding serious sanctions against the team, and that all scenarios remain possible.
