Liverpool will be without two key players for Sunday’s home game against Manchester City in the sixth matchday of the Premier League.
The Reds’ manager, Anthony Iraola, stated that both Alexander Isak and Kodi Hackpo have been ruled out of the derby, as both sustained injuries while on international duty with Sweden and the Netherlands, respectively, during the Nations League window.

The Dutch attacking midfielder is dealing with thigh discomfort, while the Swedish striker suffered an ankle injury.
On the other hand, Liverpool saw Federico Chiesa return to training after the injury he sustained during preseason, however, it is highly unlikely he will be included in the squad for the match against the “Citizens.”
