Sarunas Jasikevicius highlighted the challenges posed by the match between Fenerbahçe and Panathinaikos at the OAKA.
In his remarks ahead of the EuroLeague Round 4 match (October 8, 9:15 p.m.), emphasized how particularly difficult it is to play in Athens, while making special mention of the quality of the “Greens’” roster.
At the same time, he described Panathinaikos as one of the teams with the best talent in the competition, emphasizing that it has players who can single-handedly change the course of a game, as well as one of the EuroLeague’s top coaches, Zeljko Obradovic.
Here’s what he said in detail:
“One of the toughest games of the season awaits us. Playing in Athens, at the Telekom Center, is always very difficult. We’ll be facing one of the best rosters in the EuroLeague.
They have players who can single-handedly turn the tide of the game and one of the best coaches. We’re looking forward to this tough matchup and to seeing where we stand at this stage of the season.”
