Karmiotissa expressed her satisfaction with the team’s performance on the field, as well as her concern about the result, following the 1-1 draw with Omonia Aradippou. Alexis Garpozis’s team emphasized the chances they created, noting that their performance gives them optimism for the future, despite the fact that they are still searching for their first win in the league.
In summary: “Our team’s improvement from game to game is evident. Although our performance consistently shows positive signs, for yet another match, the result wasn’t what we deserved.

In yesterday’s 1-1 draw against Omonia Aradippou in the 3rd round of the Cyprus League by Stoiximan, the team came out strong, created significant chances, and took the lead through Mateja Bajunovic.
They subsequently had the opportunities—and significant chances—to score more goals. Unfortunately, however, a penalty at the end of the match deprived us of our first victory in this year’s championship.
Fighting spirit, intensity, discipline, creativity, and commitment to the game plan are elements that are increasingly evident in our play. Our goal is to build on these strengths, develop even greater cohesion and consistency, and, above all, turn them into points.
As our coach, Alexis Garpozis, pointed out, we’re satisfied with the players’ effort and performance on the field, but at the same time, we’re fully aware that the team still has significant room for improvement.
We are only at the beginning of a long and demanding season. We haven’t yet secured the points we deserve, but our performance and daily work give us confidence for what lies ahead.
We are not resting on our laurels. We continue to work, improve, and strive for more.
We have confidence in the team, the players, and the coaching staff, and we believe that, with consistency and patience, the results we want will follow.
We continue to work with conviction, determination, and a clear goal: to get better with every game.”
