As journalist Vene Casagrande notes, the player and his agent were informed by Olympiacos that they are free to look for a new club, with the player’s side having reached an agreement on all terms with the club where Neymar plays.
As things stand, the 34-year-old star is expected to return to his home country after three years, having left Flamengo back then.
Rodinei has been one of the “Red-and-Whites’” key players in recent years, and any developments regarding his future will undoubtedly be of particular importance to the team’s competitive strategy.
In 3.5 seasons with the Red-and-Whites, Rodinei has made 157 appearances, scored 12 goals, and recorded 28 assists, winning one league title, one Cup, one Super Cup, and the Conference League.
Rodinei is close to returning to Brazil.
