CFP Technical Director Costas Tsanas met today with the technical staff of our national teams, in the presence of Marios Konstantin.
Today’s meeting marked the start of the new competitive season and, at the same time, a new approach to collaboration among all national teams.
The goal of the meeting was to establish a common framework for the operation of the national teams.
“We aim for all national teams to operate according to common principles, a common language, a common direction, and common procedures so that every male and female soccer player can develop within a unified soccer environment,” Mr. Tsanas told the coaches, adding:
“The national teams do not operate as independent units. They are links in the same chain, sharing a common philosophy and language.”
The meeting featured a discussion and exchange of views, and the competitive goals of our national teams were also discussed in light of their immediate and future commitments.
Present at the meeting were the coaches and members of the technical staff of the Women’s National Team, the Futsal National Team, the U-21 Men’s National Team, U-19 Boys and Girls, and U-17, U-16, and U-15 Boys teams.
