On his opinion of the team’s performance against Shakhtar and Manchester City: “I believe we played against two very good opponents. Manchester City is one of the best teams in the world. So, we need to take something positive from all of this and use it to our advantage.”
On what AEK needs to do tomorrow to win: “I believe we simply need to play our style of soccer to the best of our ability. Because after these two Champions League games, we really want to show our best side. And I believe we’ll do it.”
On how he assesses Panetolikos: “I know they’re a good team; they have good players on offense and try to launch quick counterattacks. I think that’s what they’ll try to do against us, but I believe it will be a good match, and we’ll do everything we can to win it.”
