Konstantis Tzolakis is on Liverpool’s radar!
According to a report on the website “caughtoffside.com,” the “Reds” are evaluating the international goalkeeper, whom they view as an “Alisson alternative” for the net.
The “Reds” are closely monitoring the 23-year-old Hull City goalkeeper, who has managed to turn heads with his performances in the Premier League.
At Anfield, they are evaluating their future options for that position, since Alisson is entering the final year of his contract and Mamardashvili has yet to prove himself, with Tzolakis now entering the mix.
The Greek goalkeeper moved to Hull this past summer for approximately 20 million pounds plus bonuses, and he adapted immediately. In his first five Premier League appearances, he has already kept three clean sheets and has been named his team’s MVP an equal number of times, including saving a penalty. At the same time, he carried his excellent form over to the Greek national team, delivering a standout performance in the historic 1-0 victory over Germany in Augsburg.
Hull City, for its part, considers Tzolakis a key part of its effort to remain in the Premier League and has no intention of making things easy for a potential suitor. His performances, however, have already significantly boosted his stock, and his name is beginning to be mentioned at the highest levels of English soccer.
