Enzo Maresca expressed his complete confidence in Manchester City’s management just a few days before the big derby against Liverpool at Anfield.

“I’m very calm. The club has been absolutely clear, and we trust them completely,” he said, acknowledging that there is a lot of commotion surrounding the situation. As he emphasized, however, the team must focus only on what it can control—namely, soccer.
Maresca also emphasized that the atmosphere within the City squad is excellent, with the players appearing enthusiastic about the next two matches and fully focused on their competitive commitments.
