Just a few hours after their big victory over Panathinaikos in the Stoiximan Super Cup final, PAOK is reportedly considering—and quite seriously, at that—a transfer… the icing on the cake for their plans ahead of the new season that has just begun.
The club is looking to strengthen its frontcourt, with Donatas Motiejūnas reportedly high on the team’s list of targets.

The 36-year-old Lithuanian center is reportedly already willing to hold talks with representatives of the “Double-Headed Eagle of the North,” who have essentially advanced negotiations to the point where they can close the deal if they wish.
Motiejūnas has NBA experience, having spent four years with the Houston Rockets, and has also played for the Pelicans and the Spurs. Since returning to Europe five years ago, he has played for Monaco and Red Star. He played for the Monaco team from 2021 to 2025 and for the Serbian team last year.
With Red Star last season, he made 27 appearances, averaging 7.3 points and 1.8 rebounds in about 12.5 minutes of playing time.
