Until that date, teams may register players on their roster, either for List A or List B.
After September 9, the following rules apply:
- Until September 30, teams may enter into provisional transfer agreements for players whose international registration certificates have already been submitted to the Cyprus Football Association (CFA). In other words, they are not permitted to make international transfers.
- From September 10 through September 30, teams are permitted to register unemployed players. Players are considered unemployed if they were without a contract as of September 9 and had not been transferred during the current transfer window.
It should be noted that the registration of an unemployed player on List A is permitted provided there is a vacant spot on the list. An unemployed player may not be registered to replace another player on List A.
