Tottenham is setting the transfer market ablaze after reaching an agreement with Newcastle to sign Sandro Tonali, in a deal that, including bonuses, could reach 100 million pounds!

The London club had intensified talks with the “Magpies” at the end of last month, and the two sides have now reached an agreement, with only the completion of the formalities remaining.

Once the transfer is finalized, the Italian international will become the most expensive signing in Tottenham’s history, surpassing even the deal already agreed upon with West Ham for Matheus Fernandes, which could reach 85 million pounds.

The North London club is clearly signaling its intentions ahead of the new season following a disastrous year, launching an impressive transfer offensive aimed at competing at the top in England and Europe.
