England ended its World Cup campaign in the best possible way, defeating France 6-4 in a thrilling third-place match to claim third place in the tournament.
Thomas Tuchel’s team dominated the first half, taking a four-goal lead, but the “Tricolores” mounted an impressive comeback, turning the match into a real thriller.

On the other hand, Kylian Mbappé bid farewell to the tournament with two more goals, bringing his total to 10 in the tournament and taking a two-goal lead over Lionel Messi in the race for the Golden Boot, making him the clear favorite to win the top scorer title.
