*Complaint filed by Referee Georgios Psevdotis against Kostas Charalambous, a player for ASIL Lysis, who was sent off for violent conduct, struck an opposing player low on the leg with his cleats during the Second Division Championship, Phase A, 2026–2027 season match between AKRITAS Chlora – ASIL Lysos/September 19, 2026 (Matchday 2).

(g) for an incident caused by the team’s fans during the match within the fenced-off area of the stadium, which threatened to cause damage to the interior of the stadium, to spectators and/or any person inside the stadium, causing a disturbance (at the start of the match, the team’s fans lit two flares and used the flames to set fire to a scarf and jersey belonging to the home team, which fell onto the field, which created small fires that damaged the artificial turf behind the goalkeeper’s net. In the incident described above, the stewards used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire, while the Fire Department was also placed on standby), in violation of Articles 4(kβ) and 10.2(η) of the CFF

A. disparages the sport of soccer and the Cyprus Football Association (CFA) and any of its members, or who publishes, through any mass media outlet, positions, opinions, and criticisms in a manner that undermines the prestige of the Cyprus Football Association (CFA), its officials, its members, the officials of its member clubs, or any organ, body, match official, or their
members; B. offends or demeans the dignity, character, and/or prestige of any individual involved in the sport of soccer, an official or member of a club, an official, or a member of the CFF Board of Directors, and/or offends or disparages fans of any team participating in the Championship, concerns an upcoming match or a referee appointed to officiate a match following the statements.

A. disparages the sport of soccer and the Cyprus Football Association (CFA) and any of its members, or who publicizes through any mass media outlet positions, opinions, and criticisms in a manner that undermines the prestige of the CFF, its officials, its members, officials of its member clubs, or any organ, body, match official or their
