Lamine Yamal is in incredible form, having scored in all three of Spain’s Nations League matches, and right now he appears to be the favorite to win this year’s Ballon d’Or.
Luis de la Fuente, after first going viral for his reaction following the 19-year-old’s goal, went on to praise the Barcelona star in his comments:

“Yamal is on his way to becoming an absolute soccer legend. That’s my opinion. If he were the only Spanish player in the running for the Ballon d’Or, I’d say he’s absolutely the best. But there are other players on our team, and I respect them,” De La Fuente noted.
