According to a report from Brazil and “ge.globo.com,” it is reported that Jevan Meuer, who played for APOEL on loan during the recently concluded season, has returned to Coritiba following the expiration of his loan.
However, according to the report, no final decision has yet been made regarding his future, as the possibility remains open that he will either remain on the Brazilian team’s roster or be loaned out again.
Here is what the report states in detail: “Midfielder Zeovani Meuer has returned to Coritiba following his loan spell with APOEL in Cyprus. The player had been loaned to the European club since last August and recorded 15 appearances and three goals.
The 24-year-old player is currently undergoing physical rehabilitation following a thigh muscle injury he sustained while playing for APOEL. No decision has yet been made on whether the team will utilize him for the remainder of the season or send him out on loan again.
Meuer came up through the ranks at Coritiba and is under contract through the end of 2027. With no room for him on the team’s roster, he spent nearly a year in Europe to get playing time.
Before leaving, he had played in seven matches for the Paraná team in 2025—six in the Campeonato Paranaense and one during their run to win the Brazilian Serie B title. In 2024, he was loaned to Pouso Alegre.”
