Imanol Alguacil is putting theory into practice, as he will make his first appearance at Renti on Thursday afternoon (September 10) as the coach of Olympiacos.
Vangelis Marinakis is expected to be present at the team’s facilities and personally introduce the 55-year-old Vasco to the players, officially marking the start of a new era on the “Red-and-Whites’” bench.

The first training session under Alguathil’s guidance is scheduled for 6:00 p.m., giving the new coach the opportunity to get to know his players up close and take his first steps in his new environment.
Before the training session, a blessing ceremony will take place at the Renti facilities, marking a symbolic beginning for this new chapter in Olympiacos’ history following the conclusion of José Luis Mendilibar’s successful tenure.
