FIFA has appointed one of Europe’s top referees to officiate the World Cup final between Spain and Argentina this coming Sunday, and we’re talking about Slovenian Slavko Vinčić.

The elite UEFA Champions League referee will be assisted by his compatriots Tomaš Klatšnik and Adatž Kovačič, while Jordanian referee Adham Mahadme has been named the fourth official.

As for the “third-place match” between France and England on Saturday night, Venezuelan referee Jesús Velentuela has been assigned to officiate the game.
