With no new injury concerns and with their captain back in the lineup, OFI continued their preparations for the match against AEK.
Ahead of Saturday’s match, Androutsos returned to the team following his outstanding performances with the national team and participated normally in the training program (which included strength exercises and small-sided games).
In contrast, Sielis was left out, as he is once again experiencing discomfort in his quadriceps, which is why he did not play in the Cyprus national team’s matches either. He underwent treatment on Tuesday at the VAK, and his condition will be reevaluated.
Otherwise, Apostolakis, Kostoulas, and Theodosoulakis, who are with the U-21 national team for tonight’s game against Northern Ireland.
