Christos Kontis left Christogeorgos, Androutsos, Bouhalakis, and Pougouras off the roster.
The OFI coach left the aforementioned players out of the 23-man roster to give them a breather; also out are Iséka, Marinakis, and Sielis.
The Cretans’ 23-man roster includes: Lilo, Katsikas, Kalafatis, Nikolaou, Krizmanic, Kostoulas, Kontakas, Dikman, Apostolakis, Athanasiou, Kainourgiakis, Lagoudakis, González, Karachalios, Kanellopoulos, Chnaris, Fountas, Romano, Nous, Aitor, Sitmalidis, Theodosoulakis, and Kontros.
Left off the roster were Christogeorgos, Androutsos, Bouhalakis, and Pougouras, who continued their rehabilitation program for a second day, as well as the injured Iséka, Marinakis, and Sielis—who continued with individual training—as well as Koutsoupias.
On the other hand, for Nestos Chrysoupoli, participation in the League Phase is an honor, while the goal for Superbet League 2 is to secure the best possible standing. The team from Kavala kicked off its league campaign with a draw, tying 1-1 with Zakynthos at home.
Meanwhile, the team continues to strengthen its roster, with experienced Kavala-born left back Odysseas Lyberakis returning to the region to play for Nestos Chrysoupoli. The 28-year-old began this season with Zakynthos, making one appearance in the Greek Cup, while last season he celebrated promotion with Kalamata.
