The draw with Olympiacos is now a thing of the past, with Omonia turning its attention to the major European challenge that lies ahead. This coming Thursday (October 22, 7:00 p.m.), the “Clover” hosts Benfica at GSP Stadium for Matchday 3 of the Europa League.

This is a demanding match, in which the “Greens” aim to secure a positive result that will strengthen their position in the competition. Aiming to put their domestic setbacks behind them, they’ll look to capitalize on their home-field advantage and lay a solid foundation for advancing to the next round.
