The league break due to national team commitments continues, but for Omonia, preparations for the return to action effectively begin today.
After a week off, the players who were not called up to their national teams are returning today to the “Ilias Poulous” training ground and getting back to work under the guidance of Henning Berg.
The Norwegian coach will have the opportunity in the coming days to work with the team and refine the elements he wants to see moving forward, especially in light of the demanding schedule ahead.
Of course, not all players will be available for training, as a total of 12 international players are absent due to their commitments with their national teams. The players will return gradually after their matches are completed.
Omonia will return to competitive action on October 9, when it will face Karmiotissa. Until then, Berg will have time to work with the team and prepare it for the resumption of play.
