Cory Joseph is officially staying with Olympiacos!

The Canadian guard will continue to wear the red-and-white jersey of the Piraeus club during the new season, since (following the conclusion of the five-day extension requested by Joseph) the deadline that would have allowed Olympiacos to release him.
On Wednesday, July 15, the final discussions took place between the “red-and-whites” and Joseph’s agent, Andy Bountogiannis, and thus the 34-year-old’s retention was finalized; he will earn close to 900,000 euros.
Joseph joined Olympiacos last January, averaging 5.5 points, 2.3 assists, and 1.8 rebounds per game in 16 EuroLeague games.
